Orders and Delivery
Most deliveries are made in 2-3 working days but this can vary depending on product and delivery location. If you need to receive your delivery within a certain time frame or need it faster than 2-3 days please contact us to check and we can see if we can accommodate your requirements.
We don’t offer credit accounts as this helps us keep our prices as competitive as possible.
When you proceed to the checkout page you will see an option to add a shipping address if different to the invoice address.
We don’t offer a tracking service as the deliveries are made through our fleet of suppliers but if the delivery is time sensitive, please contact us and we should be able to find out a rough time on the delivery day.
All payments through the website are received through PayPal and no details are passed onto us.
All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT and this will be added at checkout.
We only currently deliver into England and some parts of Wales and Scotland.
We try our best to keep all orders together on one delivery however sometimes this is not possible. We will inform you if your delivery is likely to arrive on split deliveries.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Most items are returnable and can be collected by the delivery company however there will be a restocking charge which can vary depending on several factors.
If we have delivered the incorrect item to you in error please let us know and we will get it replaced at the earliest possible opportunity.
Please notify us within 7 days of the delivery if there are damages and we can arrange for the goods to be exchanged.

Notify us immediately at info@crosscountrybuildingservices.co.uk and if the delivery hasn’t been despatched yet we can get it changed for you.
As long as the goods haven’t been despatched we can amend or cancel any order.
